Patricia M. Cicala, President & CEO
Patricia M. Cicala, has over 20 years of experience in the management of technology, with expertise in the areas of asset management, procurement, contracts, and strategic technology workplace development. Prior to forming Cicala & Associates, Ms. Cicala was the Vice President and Worldwide Practice Leader for Asset Management and Procurement at Gartner Group, Inc., the leading technology research authority. Prior to her tenure at Gartner, Ms. Cicala founded and developed United Software Services Company, a knowledge-based software services firm which delivered services to more than 35 Fortune 500 Companies. Services provided included software auditing, negotiation planning strategies, and software portfolio management. Ms. Cicala also served previously as Vice President of Worldwide Asset Management and Enterprise Vendor Relations at Citibank/Citicorp.

Bradley J. Cicala, Managing Partner
As a young entrepreneur, Bradley J Cicala co-founded Cicala & Associates, LLC. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree from the Max Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. His focus is in Business, Real Estate, Finance and Urban Analysis. Bradley is a managing partner at Cicala & Associates with primary responsibilities for marketing, affiliations and business development. Prior to co-founding Cicala & Associates, he interned with a prominent real estate development firm and had project supervisor responsibility for a major builder and construction management company located in the north eastern United States.

Marie T. Reeve, Contributor
Marie T. Reeve has over 30 years experience in the IT industry, with recognized expertise in technology procurement, asset management, contract negotiation, and software licensing and pricing, across a broad range of vendors. With Cicala & Associates, she provided IT procurement and asset management services to Global 1000 clients, including contract review and negotiation, compliance audits, user and vendor assessments, and workshops. Before working for Cicala, Marie was a Research Director in the Software Asset Management Service at Gartner, a leading provider of research and analysis in the IT industry. Prior to Gartner, Marie was at Digital Equipment for over 23 years with positions in sales, marketing, software support, and management, including a 9-year assignment in the UK. She was Worldwide Licensing and Contracts Manager for the AltaVista product group, with responsibility for the management of intellectual property issues and for the strategy, design, development and negotiation of all IT contracts. Marie earned a bachelor's degree magna cum laude from St. John's University and a master's degree in business administration from New Hampshire College.

Kevin Duffy, European Operations and Business Development
Kevin has over 20 years Sales, Sales Management and Consulting experience, with 16 years in Major Accounts Sales and Sales Management. Prior to joining Cicala & Associates, Kevin was a member of Intels Strategic Account Organization, responsible for Rockwell Internationals European Major Accounts, Dataquest North European Sales Manager and the Sales Manager of Gartners UK Key Account Group. An Electronic, Computer and Systems Engineering graduate of Loughborough University of Technology, in his spare time Kevin is a member of the Oxfordshire Society of Rugby Referees.

Natalie C. Boss, Services Associate
Natalie Boss has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of contract management, software license restructuring and pricing, re-alignment and implementation of asset management procedures and project management. Prior to Cicala & Associates, Natalie was a Senior Consultant at Isogon Corporation where she provided a variety of asset management services, including license optimization and database planning and design. At United Software Services Natalie was a Portfolio Program Manager and Mainframe Software Auditor providing customized software services to Fortune 500 clients. During a six year tenure at Citicorp*Citibank, prior to United Software, Natalie performed implementation and rollout of asset tracking systems and assisted in the design of asset management programs for Citicorp domestic and international. Natalie has a Bachelor's degree from Bernard M. Baruch College with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.

Karen T. Cone Contributor
Karen T. Cone is a recognized subject-matter expert on intellectual property licensing, pricing, negotiations and compliance. Most recently, Ms. Cone has been Senior Vice President of Pricing and Business Practices at Gartner. Previous positions at Gartner included General Manager of gartner.com and Group Vice President of Research. As an analyst and research leader, Ms. Cone led the business management of IT practice and the Software Asset Management Interest Group (SWAMI). Prior to joining Gartner in 1993, Ms. Cone was head of Software Business Practices for IBM with responsibility for determining worldwide business terms and pricing structures for over 2,000 software announcements annually. At IBM Ms. Cone also held numerous management positions in line operations, product management, marketing and sales. Ms. Cone's international experience includes overseas assignments in support of IBM operations in Russia, the Asia/South Pacific Area and China.

Tammy A. Kirk, Associate
Tammy Kirk has over 12 years experience in the IT industry. Tammy's primary expertise is in project management, business development, and process management, including change, asset, knowledge and support management. Prior to joining Cicala & Associates, Tammy was the Director of Market Intelligence Services for Charles River Ventures. Tammy assisted Charles River Ventures and its portfolio companies with their marketing and business development strategies, while providing advice and counsel on potential investments. Tammy has also served as the Director of Business Development for the e-Business Intelligence Service and as a Research Director in the Managing Distributed Computing, Network Systems Management Services at Gartner, a leading information technology research firm. Tammy's experience also includes marketing communications and project management responsibilities at IBM and General Electric. Tammy has earned a bachelor's degree from Siena College and a master's degree from Columbia University in communications, technology and computing.

Ralph J. Rivera - MCSA/MCSE
Director, Web & Infrastructure Operations

Ralph Rivera has over seven years experience in IT asset management, business development, project management, and organizational growth, with special concentration in software license restructuring, OS/390 product inventory and invoice reconciliation, and implementation of IT asset management practices/procedures. Prior to joining Cicala & Associates, Ralph was a Systems Engineer and IT Consultant at Isogon Corporation. He provided pre & post-sales technical support for Isogon's Software Asset Management products and services and high-level IT asset management consulting services to Global 1000 companies and government agencies worldwide. Prior to Isogon Corporation, Ralph was a Mainframe Software Auditor at United Software Services Co., providing services to Fortune 500 clients to assist them in managing software assets. Ralph earned a bachelor's degree (MIS) from Kean University and graduate level degrees in Internetwork Engineering from PCAGE, a Microsoft certified technical institute & computer programming from the Computer Integrated Design & Manufacturing (CIDM) department at Kean University.
